totally amazing location!
prime location helpful staff free coffee
The location is seriously prime, steps away from everything. The empire state building is basically next door! i loved being able to walk everywhere. subway lines are super close. the staff were helpful, check-in was super fast. i saw free coffee every morning. That's a big plus!
The gym was rather small. It needed more equipment for serious workouts.

This hotel has great dining options around the corner and i found many korean and japanese restaurants nearby. Perfect for trying new foods. the rooftop bar is fantastic. It offers a great spot to grab some food with a view. it is pretty enjoyable!

The hotel offers vending machines selling ginger ale. It is super handy! the rooftop bar provides amazing city views. i appreciated the quick access to penn station. This made traveling in and out super easy. Very helpful.

dusty curtains opening drawer
the location was acceptable because it allowed easy access to transit.
the room looked old, and i found dust on the curtains, disappointing. also, one drawer in the nightstand kept opening by itself, odd. i felt uneasy because the room seemed neglected.

i found the location central, near shops and restaurants. free coffee was available, and i used the gym. staff stored our luggage both on arrival and departure. my room included coffee, convenient.
the room was very simple with no frills.

I liked THE location very much. I was near everything i wanted to see. The staff are kind and helpful and this is important. Free coffee exists in the morning, a nice perk.
The room i got assigned was on the second floor. it was very dark and not so clean. The carpets seemed old and ugly and i didn't like it.
